Dave Arthur Williams is a Legal and Operational Risk Specialist, who has the unique distinction of acquiring two (2) Masters of Laws Degrees. The first obtained from the University of London, and the second from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus (U.W.I).

Dave is an Attorney-at-Law, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with many years experience in Corporate Security Management, Financial Crimes Investigations, and Legal and Compliance Management – particularly in the area of Operational Risks and Related Fields.
